2. Instant Delivery
After purchase, the e-gift card will be delivered instantly to the email address you provide. Please ensure the email is entered correctly. Cookie Nail Salon is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

3. How to Redeem
E-gift cards may be redeemed for any service or product at Cookie Nail Salon.
Simply show the digital code from the confirmation email at checkout.

4. No Expiration Date
All e-gift cards issued through Square have no expiration date.

5. Non-Refundable
All e-gift card purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges.

6. Not Redeemable for Cash
E-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

7. Check Balance
The remaining balance will automatically update after each use. You may check your balance anytime using Square’s online balance checker.

8. Lost or Deleted Emails
If your e-gift card email is lost, deleted, or not received, we can resend it to the original purchaser upon verification.

9. Use Restrictions
E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to previous gift card purchases.

10. Fraud Prevention
Square’s fraud detection system protects all transactions. Cookie Nail Salon reserves the right to cancel any suspicious orders to maintain security.
